  • Engaging Structure: use clear headings, bulleted or numbered lists, and concise paragraphs.
  • Reading Time & Length: at least a 3-minute read (≈500 words); ideal posts run 750–1,500 words, though shorter pieces may be accepted at the editor’s discretion.
  • Assets: rights-cleared images or graphics (≥1,200 px wide) with descriptive alt-text.
  • SEO & Accessibility: craft a compelling headline, weave in relevant keywords naturally, and follow accessibility best practices.
  • Standards Compliance: all submissions must meet our Terms & Conditions, Diversity & Equity Standards, and these content expectations.

Before You Submit

  1. First Pitch
    Include a working title, a 2–3-sentence summary, and a 3–5-point outline—about 150–200 words (1,000–1,200 characters) in your application.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Full Draft
    Submit your article in draft form (Word or Google Doc). Do not publish directly to the site.
  2. Author Details
    • 50–75-word bio and a high-res headshot.
    • Up to two links to your site or social profiles, plus links to your primary social channels.
  3. Links Policy
    • Up to two internal links to LearnLikeThis.com.
    • Up to two non-promotional external links (no affiliate or self-promo).
  4. Format
    Editors will collaborate with you to review, edit, and then publish on your behalf.
  5. Response Time
    Expect a decision within 2–3 weeks.
